How is never a problem for God! We know that in our mind, but when the moment of testing comes, and we cannot see how, we are caused to doubt in our heart what we know to be true in our mind. Nehemiah was convinced of what God wanted him to do. He still was not sure how God was going to do it. The walls had been broken down for 150 years and the Jewish people had not recognized it as a problem. The Babylonians had torn it down; the Persians had kept it that way in order to prevent a potential military threat to the empire. How was God going to get these people in line? Remember HOW is never a problem for God! God raises up Nehemiah who demonstrates to us that technique, timing, and teaching are important to the fulfilling of the vision.
